The Only Time I Like Commercials...

Happy Monday, let us start the six week countdown to spring. Yep, Phil told us that there will be 6 more weeks of winter. Do I believe him? He's a cute, fat groundhog. Of course, I believe him. Why would I question his cute chubby cheeks?! I do feel bad for him though, because the men in the tall hats just pound on his wooden cage, show him to the world for 5 seconds, and then put him back, probably with food because my goodness he has gained weight. Anyways, yes, yesterday was Groundhog day, but it was also the Super Bowl! Did I watch it? Nope. No, I did not.

Kathryn, you're such a girl. Why don't you like football? Plus, don't you love Bruno Mars?!

I like football! I do. But I don't have a team, so I don't care all that much. Plus, it was free day at the Exploratorium yesterday and since I didn't wake up until 11:30 Sunday morning (blame the fact that I actually went out on Saturday night. Like to a party. Who am I?) I wasn't about to waste a free museum day. Once we got home, I got the CNN alert that the Seahawks won, and I was on a mission to watch the halftime show. I wasn't impressed, but it wasn't terrible. I wanted Justin Timberlake. Maybe next year. Hey, NFL, are you reading this? JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE WOULD BE GREAT.

Not only do I like halftime show, and the fireworks (my favorite), I am a sucker for Super Bowl commercials because I enjoy seeing what companies, who pay millions of dollars for 30 seconds, can come up with.
